Breathe... Meditate...

Have you ever wondered how to start your day in a way that sets a positive tone for the rest of it? I avoid a rushed start whenever possible (unless my cats are having a playful morning). How we kick off our day often sets the stage for how the rest of it unfolds.

Start with breathing. I have written about this topic in other blogs. Look up “B is for Breathing” from November. Remember, taking time for those initial breathing exercises can be calming.

After my breathwork, I move on to meditation. I find a quiet spot, sit down, and reflect on what I want to achieve for the day. It could be related to my family, writing, or personal growth. Once I've set my intentions, I transition to manifestations. This involves verbalizing my desires and visualizing them coming true. I repeat this process three times, not just for myself but also for others who have sought my help. I take these manifestations to my spirit guides, asking them to share these intentions with other guides who can assist my special ones with their endeavors. The universe always works on our behalf, particularly if we intend to improve ourselves or the planet.

Keep your mind open to the sounds of the universe. Messages come to you in many ways. My favorite activity is listening to the birds sing, which is evident if you’ve read my new book, “When the Birds Stopped Singing.” Consider adding some music. While preparing for my recent trip to California to attend the Madonna concert with my daughter, I listened to my favorite Madonna songs. Then, I asked my spirit guides to help me make this a memorable weekend with positive interactions. All my prayers came true!

If you are going on a trip, you can work with a mesa holder, such as me, to do a Cuti to help you travel safely. In addition, when I travel, I often carry my Akashic Reading materials. I did a vital reading on my recent trip and was able to transmit healing information.

As you go forward, look at how you start each day. It’s as important as how you end it.
